Client Reporting
We want our clients to know everything about their accounts at all times. If we cannot support and stand by what we have recommended, then we should be fired.
At Chapwood Investments we are always prepared to explain and report your quarter to date and year to date returns up to the day we are asked. We can structure client statements through a third-party service we have used for years called Black Diamond.
Additionally, and separately clients receive statements directly from custodial firms, such as TD Ameritrade, Interactive Brokerage, etc.
Below is an example of what you receive every month or anytime on demand.
